Stuck in the Mud

By “stuck in the mud”, I mean this overwhelming, suffocating sense that life is just not ever going to get any better. When you are stuck, train your mind and heart to follow these four instructions…

1.Write your own lament to God who caringly listens and knows your limits (46-56)

2.Rejoice in His revelation even when He gives no explanation (57)

3.Continue honoring God who will defend my cause at the just the right time (58-66)

4.Be assured God will rescue with adequate supplies (58; Psalm 145:14-21)
